Technical Interview
A deep-dive with our Head of Business Development and a future team member. This includes a practical task or case to understand your skills, thinking, and approach.
45 to 120 minutes

Cultural Fit Interview
An informal conversation with a future colleague to explore values, collaboration style, and team fit.
20 minutes

Founder Interview (optional)
In some cases, you’ll also meet one of our Managing Directors to align on vision, purpose, and long-term potential.
