Once the decision is made, Boardwise will be configured technically, customised to your needs, and then introduced in several trainings to its main users. Technical configuration takes 3 hours on average. Trainings offered address the planners, board members, and all users who shall be able to submit agenda points through Boardwise. All in, the process of implementing and fully adapting Boardwise takes on average 3-5 weeks. Depending on individual requests, we can schedule additional trainings before settling into a quarterly meeting rhythm for updates and check-ins.
